Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SpiralSoft Restaurant ERP (“RMS”) at rms.spiralsoftech.com by restaurant owners and their staff.

1. Account

You must provide accurate restaurant and contact details. You are responsible for users you add, their passwords, and activity under your subscription.

2. Trial and paid use

A trial may be approved by SpiralSoft. After the trial ends, access depends on an active subscription. We may suspend an account for non-payment or abuse.

3. Your data

Sales, menus, stock, and accounting records you enter remain yours. You may export a copy from Owner → Data export. You must not use the service to store unlawful content.

4. Tax and invoices

RMS can send invoices to a tax authority (for example KPRA) when you enable that integration. You remain responsible for the NTN, POS id, rates, and filings. We do not guarantee an authority will accept every invoice.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. You should print or export records you need for the till and for tax.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, share login details publicly, or use another restaurant’s account without permission.
