This policy explains what SpiralSoft collects when you use Restaurant ERP and the public trial form.
Account data: name, restaurant name, email, mobile, password hash. Operational data you enter: menus, orders, invoices, purchases, employees, and accounting. Technical logs: IP address and sign-in time for security.
To run the restaurant system, approve trials, send activation and password-reset email, support you, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We may send invoice data to a tax authority you enable (for example KPRA). Hosting and email providers process data only to run the service.
We keep account and transaction data while the restaurant is active and as required for tax or accounting. You can request a copy via Owner → Data export, or deletion of a closed account by emailing support.
You may access, correct, or export your restaurant data, and ask us to delete an account that is no longer needed.
